Construction
I have been representing clients in the construction industry since 1989. I represent general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and owners to resolve disputes through negotiation as well as in court and arbitration forums. Disputes I have successfully resolved include the following:

Commercial Litigation
I serve as general counsel to a range of diverse businesses. In connection with such representation, I form business entities and prepare and negotiate agreements between companies. I am skilled in prosecuting as well as defending commercial claims for individual entrepreneurs, and small and large business enterprises. As an important adjunct to litigation, I evaluate each case to assist my clients in determining if litigation is a cost effective option. Estate Litigation
My practice includes representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputes venued in the Surrogate’s Court. In connection with trust and estate disputes, I handle breach of fiduciary duty claims, objections to judicial accountings, and will contests.
